Let’s get ready for Owl Fest!
Vernon’s 2nd Annual Owl Fest is an end-of-the-year celebration with live music, food, fun & more! Imagine a combination of our Night Out celebration and Carnival, but for everyone!
It’s open to the entire community, so spread the word. Tell your whole family, and all your friends - It’s bound to be a blast.
WHERE: Vernon School - 2044 NE Killingsworth Street, Portland, OR
WHEN: Saturday, June 1st
TIME: 2:00 - 6:00 pm
*THINK SUN! We’re hoping this will be an outdoor event, so imagine sunshine! Should it be a rainy day, we’ll hold the event inside at Vernon, but we promise it will still be a day of fun!
Wristbands for unlimited games and bounce-house activities will be sold on a sliding scale up to $10, (with a suggested donation of $5), in-person the week of 5/27 - 5/31 (more details to come in time.) The wristbands will also be available online on our website:

We are gathering volunteers for Owl Fest and we need all the
help we can get! Here are some of the ways to get involved in this year’s festivities - check out the descriptions below to get more information on our current opportunities.

Pick a shift, or even two! We have many shifts to fill, because we need lots of hands on deck to make this happen.

UPDATE: OWL FEST swag will be ready soon! I’m hoping to have them in order to start passing them out on Wednesday, 5/29, but will definitely have them for pickup on 5/30 & 5/31. Stay tuned for details.
